CAT 2026 edit window opens 5 October: change photo, signature and test city
Registered CAT 2026 candidates can correct three fields from 10:00 AM on 5 October to 5:00 PM on 6 October. No extensions will be given.
IIM Indore has announced a limited edit window for the CAT 2026 application form. It opens at 10:00 AM on Monday, 5 October 2026 and closes at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, 6 October 2026.
Only candidates who completed CAT 2026 registration and paid the registration fee can use the window. You can edit exactly three fields: your photograph, your signature, and your test state and city preferences. Nothing else in the form can be changed.
Log in with your CAT 2026 user ID and password on the registered candidate login at iimcat.ac.in. Check that your photograph and signature meet the specifications in the Information Bulletin before you upload, because a rejected photo or signature can cause trouble on test day.
The official media release states that no further extensions will be granted beyond the deadline, so treat 5:00 PM on 6 October as final. CAT 2026 admit cards are scheduled for download from 4 November 2026 and the exam is on Sunday, 29 November 2026.
