CAT 2026 fee payment closes today, 24 September, at 5:00 PM
If you registered for CAT 2026 by 22 September but have not paid, you have until 5:00 PM today. No further extension has been announced.
The IIMs have extended the CAT 2026 application fee payment window by two days. The new deadline is 24 September 2026 at 5:00 PM IST.
This extension is only for candidates who completed their registration on or before the registration deadline of 22 September 2026 at 5:00 PM. If you did not register by then, you cannot apply now - the registration deadline itself was not extended.
Log in to your CAT 2026 account and complete the payment before 5:00 PM today. An application without a successful fee payment is not a valid application, and you will not receive an admit card.
Key dates ahead: CAT 2026 admit card download begins on 4 November 2026, and the CAT 2026 test day is 29 November 2026.
