NMAT 2026 registration has closed; exam window runs 2 November to 20 December
NMAT by GMAC registration and scheduling closed on 25 October 2026. The exam window opens 2 November and runs to 20 December 2026.
The official NMAT by GMAC page lists the NMAT 2026 registration and scheduling windows as having run from 20 August 2026 to 25 October 2026. Both are now closed, so fresh registrations for this cycle are no longer possible.
The exam delivery window opens on Monday, 2 November 2026 and runs to Sunday, 20 December 2026. If you are registered and have scheduled a slot, check your appointment confirmation now and plan your preparation around your chosen date rather than the window's end.
NMAT scores are used by NMIMS Mumbai and a large group of other B-schools including TAPMI, KJ Somaiya and SPJIMR, so your NMAT date sits in the middle of the CAT and XAT run-up. Candidates sitting CAT on 29 November should be deliberate about where their NMAT slot falls relative to that.
If you missed the NMAT window entirely, the live options for this season are SNAP, which closes on 25 November 2026, XAT, which closes on 6 December 2026, and MICAT-II, which opens on 25 November 2026.
