Is 2 gap years with nothing to justify fine?

im a OBC non engineer with 9/9/8 profile but now i have two gap years with 2 failed cat attempts. although im confident enough to crack this year, gap years demotivate me. what can i do alongside studying for cat now to improve my profile???
