As of non math background what topics of algebra should i cover or else go with mensuration

do algebra , it has more weightage

I am with Maths background and am leaving the whole algebra. That is too difficult. There are more chances of negative marking than positive. So think before ticking the answer :)

You can go with some few important topics under algebra like quadratic equations,maxima & minima, logarithm, inequalities
