Attempts vs Accuracy During Practice

Asked by Anonymous on 2026-10-07 in CAT Prep

My accuracy is currently low, so I’m focusing more on topic/sectional tests. While practicing, should I deliberately increase my attempts, especially in weak topics, to improve accuracy through more practice?

I understand that in the actual CAT, I need to balance attempts and accuracy. But during practice, is it okay to attempt more questions and gradually work on accuracy? What would you recommend?

your accuracy is low because you fundamentals are weak and just attempting more won't solve the issue , work on the roots then on branches
