As a beginner, gave my first sectional of VARC with 20 days prep and got completely numb

Good evening Mam and everyone. I am a beginner for CAT , started my prep on 23rd of march with self study and some peer guidance. I am following Shabana mam from iquanta on youtube, and completed around 40-45 RC series lectures actively and doing 1 aeon essay daily with prompt to chatgpt. Yesterday, I gave my first sectional of VARC from IMS and attempted 14 questions and got very bad score of 2 marks only, got only 4 questions correct. This first mock just made me numb for my past 20 days prep, as I was giving consistent efforts and was also able to solve 3/4 questions correctly in aeon essay and youtube series also. I dont know what to do , how to start again. I am feeling like everything just collapsed.
