Can I Get into an IIM as a Fresher with a 7/7/7 Profile and No Internships?

I'm a fresher with no work experience and no internships, and my academic profile is 7/7/7 (10th/12th/Graduation).Is it still possible to get into an IIM, especially the top IIMs? Also, what CAT percentile/score should I aim for to have a realistic chance of getting a call and converting it?
