Can I still score maximum if I am weak in quants and don’t know quants basics

So I have been a maths dropout since a very long time and now when I am actually solving quants it is really getting difficult for me even my mock scores are really bad

We're on the same boat. I also come from a weak maths background, so I completely understand how overwhelming Quants can feel.
But don't let your mock scores discourage you. They are for practice and improving.
Start with the basics, take one topic at a time (especially Arithmetic), and practice consistently.
It may feel slow initially, but there will be improvement if you stick with it. Build your concepts and score well.
