Cat form Filling doubt

if in covid 10th board was cancelled and i get marks without board exams now during filling of cat form they r asking which option shud i choose

Anyone who knows surely wht to do pls tell in comments and help.

its for covid batch who dont have marks in their board marksheets, if your marksheet has marks passed with marks, just check your marksheet i have same case but mine has marks in it based on our pre boards and internals
