Can anyone please provide me a realistic advice regarding CAT prep, is 99 percentile within reach in four months if I'm able to put 6-7 hours on weekdays and 10-12 hours on weekends, I'm a 4th year English literature student, will be graduating on 2027.

Yes definitely it is possible. Be consistent with your preparation and ace the high-weightage topics. It's an aptitude test, so with practice and consistency you can do very good. All the best!
