CAT preparation strategy from Scratch from now (July) onwards?

I'm planned to start my CAT preparation from now I known this is late but if i do properly I can crack or anyone but I'm in confusion about what, where and when to study and I'm a non-maths student (my school maths I wasn't remembered properly so I'm very weak in Quants I didn't remembered a single thing of Quants that I study in Quants and I just recently watch one Averages lecture but I didn't understand anything so how to approach for Quants and same for VARC my vocab, english language and communication is too much bad there are alot of mistakes in this message also so now I want to improve and practice it so how to prep for VARC also) and enrolled in TIME online coaching for CAT prep.
