Confused about the VARC explanations in Lakshya 1.0

Asked by Anonymous on 2026-07-24 in CAT Prep

Is it just me, or does everyone find Harpreet Kaur ma’am’s VARC lectures (Lakshya 1.0) difficult to follow?
Most answers end up being the opposite of what I expect, and instead of explaining the logic behind the correct option, the answers are often just read out.
Am I missing something, or do others feel the same? Also, could anyone recommend a complete VARC playlist with detailed reasoning for each answer?

nah buddy, we're on the same boat. i feel like the options are seriously built in a senseless manner, it is clearly visible that they are trying to make them seem difficult but they end up being senseless. no joke, but mam skips the explanation part so smoothly which clearly shows she has seen the answers before the session, i mean the reasons for choosing the answer were never satisfying. and i feel like sometimes multiple options could be right in her session as they imply the same thing, but she says that can't be the right answer or some lame reason i feel like, no hate to her tho.

You're probably not the only one. Different teaching styles work for different students, and if you're not understanding the reasoning behind the options, it's perfectly reasonable to look for another resource that suits you better.
