CONFUSING VARC

M not able to do an rc under stipulated time , someone please help me . those assumption , strengthening and weakening question just confusing me from head to toe . please someone help me with this

before anything i can suggest please tell me from when you have started your RC practice last 1 month 2 months and how many RCs you do in a day
