How to continuously Practice the syllabus that has been covered once?

Shweta Di!
I am facing an issue in QA, so my classes covered Arithmetic a month ago, and I also practised it diligently with the flow, and I was scoring well in Arithmetic questions, but now, as I have moved on to other topics, my practice of Arithmetic has taken a little hit, and now when I am trying to solve Arithmetic again, either I am taking more time than earlier or I am not able to solve those questions.
It feels like I don't know how to solve arithmetic questions, and I am not able to use those formulas as quickly or frequently as I did till last month. With so much time spent on it and exams getting closer, I am getting worried, as Arithmetic is the most IMP one in QA.
Tell me what to do and how to cover it quickly and properly so I get back on track in QA, and how to ensure that once I cover it again, things like this don't get repeated.
Tell me what I should do? I am spending this week practising one topic of Arithmetic each day, from watching some videos, then looking at all the formulas and then solving 30-40 questions on that topic.
But I can't afford to lose touch with any topic from now onwards, so help me out, also tell me, as I learn a new topic, how to practice both old and new topics daily to maintain and improve in those topics.
I practice every day the topics that are taught currently in my classes, and I practice VARC and DILR daily as well, so I get exhausted. How do I make time for what has already been covered?
I can see improvement in my performance in VARC and DILR, but my QA is now worse than before because of this.
