DILR help needed (15th July)

How do ya'll figure out the numbers for the points on the scatter plot given? There is no label on the points so it a point between 25 and 50 could be anything like 30,32, 36 etc.?

I used an estimate based on distance for the question. It worked out for me since questions were based on testing the hypothesis whether A is large or not. To find actual values, scale should be given.
