Try the most basics sets first, elites grid playlist linked on this website is a good start. Don't jump to heavy sets with a lot of info, try with smaller sets. Understand how circular arrangements are meant to be done, types of linear arrangements etc.
One video I would suggest would be by Ravi Sir(Rodha). In their DILR playlist it's I think the first two or three videos where he covers all the basics of arrangements. Try watching that and then start with small sets.
