I was told to read RC like read first para then first sentence of each and last para..........but I was not able to understand anything in this way.....so I tried bunch of others too......what works for me is I read the whole RC....I usually skip redundant info like multiple examples , unknown words.....I'd say try 2-3 techniques....there is no best trick...just the one that works for you
