Why my English is not improving ?

Anyone please tell me
I'm frome gujarat and 1 to 12th in in gujarati medium
Last 2 month I'm trying to improve my vocabulary and speaking skills but now I'm understand some words but not fully sentance. I'm also preparing for cat and for improving english you must to have daily habit and I'm giving 4 to 5 hours daily 🥲

But result is not satisfied me I know my grammar is very bad but I don't understand grammar and also not remembering words.

Also my English understanding level very effective on my DILR set
I'm not understand santance and not making write arrengement.

Suggest me what I do is best or what ?

You start watching the podcast as related to your hobbies and whatever you interested in. Then you start the reading books louder. So your pronounciation is much better. And you also use the AI communication apps. I also use 'My Savi' so this app help you improving your communication skills, and also they teach you your mistakes and poor grammar, so this basics ways to improve english. 'My Savi' It's my opinion so you can choose other apps also.

I think I need to change my schedule
I do passive reading more than active reading
But you know why I don't start active reading
The reasons is when I start to speak my mind Stop and entirely shut.

I'm trying daily but don't get result 😮‍💨
