Using this space to save a few prompts I find useful for VARC prep:
I will give you the link of an Aeon essay. It is a protracted one with lots of detours. I want you to behave like a CAT exam paper setter, select the most important points and paragraphs and compress this essay to fit about 500 words. Keep the main idea intact, let the main topics of discussion be there, retain some good examples, and DO NOT change things of your own accord.
I have read the passage. Can you help me with the main idea and overall tone of the author? Keep it crisp and succinct. When you give me the tone, I want you to focus on the overall tone i.e the one used in the last few lines of the passage. Do not give me sub-tones.
Can you give me a list of the most important concepts from this passage? Also include their meanings so that I can understand them better. Help me with examples wherever possible.
