i had a drop year after my 12 the , so should i increase the degree duration ( 4 year ) ?

Fill as per your graduation certificate . Example: Let's say you completed your 12th in the academic year 2018-2019.You took an year gap and yours graduation started from 2021 fill 2021-2023(3 year degree)or 2021-2024(4 Year degree).
You no need to increase because of gap year .It is visible clearly from your 12th and graduation
