It's a 50-50 for me, sometimes I remember them and sometimes I don't. And when I don't, I am left with no choice but to get the answer via lengthy methods.

I focus on improving my calculations first rather than memorizing too many shortcuts.
With regular practice, many shortcuts become natural and you won't have to remember each one and consistent practice with calculations and mock analysis has helped me improve my speed much more than relying only on tricks.
