How to improve rc?

Just read slowly and read a paragraph multiple times until you understand it properly. Take your time, do not rush and keep reading dense RCs everyday and eventually you'll get used to it and it'll feel easy. As for the options- don't just choose the right one, eliminate the wrong ones- analyze in your mind why this option is correct and why the others are wrong. Practice this way consistently and you'll improve.

Read stuff that interests you first, build a habit of reading then jump onto articles, rcs will be an easier tasks for u to curate meaningful readings
