I am able to solve DILR sets but it takes me around 30-40 mins to solve one set , sometimes more than that also , what should I do to improve my speed?

Practice more and more. The more you practice then more quickly you spot patterns and solve the question.

Focus on the easier sets rather than being emotional and solving the harder one, CAT is about accuracy with speed !!
