Generate plan and then work or practice accordingly

Since this is your second attempt, you already have an advantage because you are done with your basics.
With an 8-hour internship, I think you should focus on quality rather than long study hours.
2–3 focused hours on weekdays—one section daily, along with mock analysis or revision.
Use weekends for full-length mocks and in-depth analysis.
Since this is your second attempt you already know, Consistency matters much more than the number of hours you study.
