first focus on your board exams of grade 11 and 12, and then the competitive exams of grade 11 and 12. Then choose a bachelor's degree and complete it. While you are pusueing your bachelor's degree then start your prpearation

I think having a strong base at 11th and 12th (abt stream you chose) is really important so study wtvr is taught at school and pass 12th with good % during 11th - 12th alogside prep for IPMAT & JIPMAT (From IPMAT you can go to IIM Ranchi, IIM Indore,IIM Shillong, IIM Rohtak,JIPMAT -IIM Jammu IIM BODHGAYA ) & a few other top -b shcool like NIRMA Ahemdabd ,TAPMI.....
for preparation you can enrol in a good coaching for guidance or self prep with YT (in case of slef prep try if you can buy mocks , topic test, sectionals ;theyre available for free as well)
now, if you can take a 2 yr coaching programme or join coaching in 12th for 1 yr programme or after 12th mar - apr end crash course whtvr suits ,
if you dont join coaching in 11th or till end of 12th say then study by your ownself daily and create a strong base becuase coaching ppl in crash courses usually are running bcs they need to complete syllabus
