I am tired , I study daily watch lecture then when it is time to slove the question I can't in DILR some question I don't even understand what it is saying and in VARC mid of paragraph my mind is lost I am distracted aur not understand. What should I do how I study this year I have to crack CAT

I understand you must be disappointed in yourself and that's okay, I have been giving cat since long and I feel it too.
The only answer to this is, exposing ourselves to more and more questions and keep practicing. That's all that's going to make our cluelessness away.

You need to become the student who shows up every day for the next 15–18 months.
A student who starts at 50 percentile and practices intelligently can absolutely reach 99+.

So you have to watch video of pratice question on particular topic it will help you becuase it will help me

Just plan your week according to syllabus and then watch videos and solve questions.

What you're experiencing is common watching lectures is much easier than applying concepts, and that's where real learning begins.
Reduce lecture time, solve easier questions first, and spend more time analyzing mistakes instead of rushing through new topics.
Stay consistent and don't give up improvement in CAT comes from daily practice, not from getting everything right immediately.
