Since you have only 54 days, I’d honestly not worry too much about speed right now. I’d spend the first few days getting comfortable with how to make tables/arrangements and understand the basic set types. Then do 2–3 sets every day, preferably PYQs and easy-to-moderate ones, and properly analyse where you got stuck. Once the approach starts becoming familiar, speed will automatically improve. I’d just focus on being able to confidently crack 2 good sets in the actual exam rather than trying to master every type.
