how to improve mark of varc from 20 to 30

Scoring 20 consistently is the key.
If you are doing it , it's great!!
To move from 20 to 30 , you must increase the number of attempts , if attempting 2 Rc's attempt 3 , but the accuracy shouldn't drop.
Focus more on accuracy rather than just just attempts and score !
