for mocks i will say every week atleast 2 and for sectional i dont know give as many as you can ... even if your course is not done giving sectionals can help in learning seee formulas and try to attempt the questions

Start giving them now even if you didn't complete the portion, focus on accuracy rather than attempt rate

Give VARC and LRDI sectional daily if you can, because these 2 don't have any fixed syllabus. Sectional really helps in practising and staying consistent, Give 1 FL on weekend this month and from next month 2-3 FL each week. For quant you can give topic tests until 60% syllabus is done then start giving sectionals and increase FL frequency.
