Low 12th Marks + Local College: Can I Still Target IIM by 2030?

Hi, I passed 12th, but my 12th percentage is quite low (62) and 10th (79). I am planning to prepare for CAT and target IIMs in 2030. Will my low 12th marks create a major problem for admission, or can I still improve my profile through good graduation marks, internships, and extracurricular activities?
Also, my MHT CET score may not be very good. If I take admission in a local college, build my profile through internships for 1–2 years, and then start CAT preparation seriously, is this the right path? My dream college is iim ambhambad.

Internships are never counted as work exp, get a very good gpa in your bachelors,and try scoring 99%+ and build your confidence and surely you'll achieve it
