Hey guys being on a 3 years break from mathematics once I clear the base I can solve questions where direct number is involved but when it comes to absolute translating it into equation in ratio or average or every other topic it is taking me more than extra time and I don't know went to stop and where to stop and how to even start at first if you have any suggestions or any practice tip or any resource please let me know

I am facing the same ,I was also on a 3 year break from Mathematics but Honestly the best thing which is working for me is to first understand the specific concepts one by one and when you start practicing them day by day don't think about getting the correct answer every time but being consistent about how many questions you are solving each day . I suggest for each topic in arithmetic and algebra mainly solve at least 40-50 questions each , it will build your fundamentals . Don't try to learn all the things in a week .
I am doing the same right now and it's actually working , just be there every single day and don't lose hope , you will do it . Smooth and Steady.
All the Best.
