I would say to learn how to eliminate options better ..it maybe be after a phrase or a word. Usually what I find easy is to cross check the options in the para to clear out at most 2 so that the 4-6min you have mentioned is cut short..it's a trial and error method (that is it might not always work imo but it did help me to sharpen my deduction)
The fault is mostly on the RCs we used to attempt back in school days cuz that was simple ..writing out the exact phrase.since we have been subjected to that constantly so it became hard trying to move out of it.
