Building the the foundations is non-negotiable. Right now what you can compromise on is your syllabus and not on concept building.
What you can do is brush up your concept and give one full length mock. With this you'll know which is your strongest section and which is your weakest. Try taking your strongest section to the moon and giving equal attention to other too.
When it comes to quants, try covering the highest weightage topics first like Arithmetic, Geometry - easy to moderate level asked in CAT; Algebra - Moderate to Hard.
Make sure when you are covering these topics you are getting your concepts clear and not counting how many questions you've solved. Solving 30 questions with varying concept is better than solving 30 questions of the same concept.
