honestly your progress is fine, from 27 to 35 in one month while working full time is a real jump. dont undersell yourself yet by aiming for tier 2 already, its only end of september and cat is 60 days away, plenty of room to climb.
realistic target for a working aspirant: aim for 75-80 percentile which opens up solid tier 2 (MDI, IMT, IMI, TAPMI, GIM) and gives you a shot at newer IIMs through XAT and other exams. thats around 55-65 marks in CAT, very doable from where you are.
routine wise focus on 2 hrs on weekdays (1 topic + practice) and one full mock + analysis every weekend. dont try to match unemployed aspirants hours, play your own game. also apply to XAT, NMAT, SNAP, they suit working professionals better and have easier percentile cutoffs for good colleges. keep going!
