Need help guys suggestions would be helpful (Thank you in advance)

I am encountering two major problems in varc first one is whenever i give a sectional my first rc is always mostly taking 8 mins (medium to hard passage) and my all other passage are good with a reading time of 3 mins even for hard ones And the second problem i am encountering is para completions do you guys have any tips for this ? Or resources for para completion (my accuracy in this is 100 wrong ¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯)
