NEED HELP IN RC

I get confused in except from / inconsistent - consistent types of questions in RC, sometimes I couldn't understand what the question asks and other time I pick wrong answer
How do I improve it ?

Also, does RC level are genuine as it mentions ? Sometimes easy one is hard and vice versa

Practicing a lot will help you alot, it it will almost solve every problem of yours over time.

And yeah, that's a genuine concern of mine as well about the level of the RC! I find easy ones hard and vice versa, then I wonder and ask myself does it really matter? And should it really matter to me? Then I think "ki fark painda hai" and move on!
