This is common your issue is likely exam pressure, not your VARC ability.
Practice timed RCs regularly, starting with smaller sets, and focus on understanding the passage instead of worrying about the timer.
The more timed practice you get, the calmer and more focused you'll become during sectionals and mocks.

dont worry there will be 6-8 easy level questions in varc

1. Make yourself well-versed with the question types of RC. ( Inference, strengthen , weaken , application , assumption )
2. Watch Shabana Mam's videos on these topics on Iquanta YT channel
3. Daily Practise + Daily Reading of Aeon Essay
4. Prepare using Chatgpt for difficult RC topics like philosophy , economics , psychology , biology
5. Learn Elimination Techniques
6. Complete VA through shabana Mam's playlist

First mock of VARC is supposed to be a panic test 🫨🫨🫨

Don't judge yourself based on one panic filled mock. Judge yourself based on whether the panic becomes less frequent over the next 15–20 sectionals. That's real progress.
