hii, on 12th i paid the form fees by scanning the qr and the amount debited from my account but i didn't receive any confirmation mail, also the payment status on the application says 'F', no application pdf too. i raised a grievance and tried to call the helpline but no one answered. What should i do now? should i repay? if yes then what's the safest way to pay the amount?

Call them between 11:30 am and 4 pm.
I also paid from QR—it is safe. It might be the gateway issue that happened; either try again or repay.
