Are Percentyl full-length mocks and sectionals at par with the actual CAT?

Hey guys, I’ve been using the free mock tests on Percentyl. I wanted to know how accurate their difficulty level and estimated percentiles are compared to the real CAT exam. If you've taken CAT before, are Percentyl mocks at par or are they inflated/deflated?

I would rank them on the easy side , as compared to actual CAT. But they are good for practice + analysis.
