Is percentyl practice RCs enough?

anyone pls give advice who is following the percentyl. Is Rc's given in practice section of percentyl enough for the cat preparation to do in last 40 days?

I mean if you think you can do about 50 rcs till cat then that should be enough so that’s totally on you, i’d pair them with quite a few varc sectionals though
