How do i prepare for quantitative puzzles

I may be I am wrong but what i feel is that you can use any ai model I use chatgpt.
Paste the whole puzzle with images if required if you aren't able to copy paste and then ask it to explain every step.
Learning can happen either bottom up or top down ,here you do bottom up solve problem and learn instead of learning theory first and then solve.
This works at least for me .
I personally feel the solution provided here on daily challenges are quite difficult to understand so I use chatgpt to solve them.

Most YouTube videos skip the fundamentals and jump directly to CAT-level sets.
Start with basic DILR topics and solve easy sets before attempting tougher ones.
Consistency and analyzing each solution will build your intuition over time.
