I am preparing for CAT 2026 without any coaching classes. I have started my preparation by watching lectures. I am not able to solve questions. I understand the concepts, but when I go to solve questions, I can't solve them. What can I do so I can get 99+ percentile?

watch lectures from different sources initially and try to build you understanding first, try to understand how the teacher solves it and what are the basic methods. then try to resolve the questions taught by the teacher next day on your own. Do this wholeheartedly. once you are comfortable with them, move on to solving the EASY level questions (any book or website). after that i am sure you will get the basic understanding.

I totally agree with Billu here, starting with Easy questions will help you with the application of concept without straining your brain. More practice will enhance your conceptual understanding as well as it's application to the questions.
