Preparing for CAT alone? Let’s build a space where aspirants help aspirants. 👀

Hey guys, I’m planning to create a group for people who are self-preparing for CAT so we can help each other out.

Some of us might be good at VARC, some at Quant, and others at LRDI. So whenever someone gets stuck, we can reach out to each other instead of immediately relying on ChatGPT. As a self-preparing aspirant, I have a lot of doubts that I feel could be better solved through discussions with other aspirants. I personally don’t want AI-generated answers for everything—I’d rather learn from people who are going through the same journey.

Also, studying alone, being locked in a room, and having no one to share your progress, mistakes, or frustrations with can get exhausting. If you’re interested, let me know and I’ll share the group link.

One important thing, though: please maintain basic decorum. **Don’t DM anyone personally without their permission.** I don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable, which is one of the reasons people often avoid joining these kinds of groups.

I genuinely feel that having peers to talk to about your preparation can make a huge difference. If you’re in coaching, you probably already have friends preparing alongside you, but for self-preparing aspirants, it’s a different experience.

So, what do you guys think? Should we make one? 👀

Update: A few people are interested, so I’m creating the group.
