Problem in quants (Help needed)

hi guys, so my prep is going decent, solving 3 rcs per day- gradually i'm able to understand my mistake in eliminations and improving it, lrdi- 3-4 sets / day but usually i do arrangements because i have good grasp in it now, facing difficulty in bar graph sets, but ok i'llwork with it, the main problem is quants- i have watched and understood the concept of %age, averag, ratio & proportion, P&L and mixtures and alligations but when it comes to solving- i get blank!! i do understand what questions wants but i can't understand the approach to start to get it done efficiently and ends up seeing solution everytime...
