No mam in my university cgpa Percentage syestems multiple ×10 so my Percentage is 55 because i have 5.5 cgpa would i eligible or not and dii can i get some work ex like 9 months to help my profile building?

Then you can apply for CAT because eligibility states minimum 50% marks are required to sit for CAT. Getting work-ex would help but if you're getting it aim for at least 1-2 years.
