Do both together since arithmetic is almost done keep 1–1.5 hr for quick revision and TSD/WRT and start algebra alongside it you can go like linear equations then quadratic equations then inequalities then functions then logs then AP/GP you can watch MBA WALLAH one shot for algebra they are pretty good and if you face any difficulty in that u can go watch MBA PATHSHALA for the topics u don't understand

Don't wait to finish 100% of the syllabus to start revising. Allocate a 70:30 time split: 70% on completing remaining high-yield topics (Arithmetic, Algebra, Arrangements) and 30% on active revision through 20-minute timed sectional drills and reviewing your error log rather than re-watching passive theory videos.
You can practice high-yield topic drills on https://thinkcat.in/questions and follow the structured late-stage prep roadmap on https://thinkcat.in/cat-preparation-strategy
