It's not that thing each rc is different maybe the one's you've solved are of this pattern
kunal · 2026-07-20 · 1 helpful
does it really matter?,,just focus on the options and not their numbers

I have noticed but that's not something which really matters. Are you thinking of -
1. B
2.D
3. C
4. ( It's definitely A now - let's go for it)
This strategy won't help 😭, but if it's just an observation then yes, I have noticed too. But it's not omnipresent.

No, this is not a real pattern in CAT RCs.
CAT does not follow any rule that each option (A, B, C, D) can appear only once within an RC. The answer distribution is randomized, and you can absolutely have:
* B, B, C, A
* D, D, A, C
* A, A, A, D
or any other combination.
If you've noticed this in a few mocks or past papers, it's most likely a coincidence or a design choice by that particular test setter. Relying on this "pattern" during the exam is risky and can lead to incorrect answers.

Well, I was just sharing my observation. Looking to find out is it just me or anybody else has also spotted this. I do not encourage anyone to follow this method.
