you need to attend more sectionals of varc and what you are describing is caled time panic . when the timer starts you start skimming the passage and you dont understand it at all hence you have to reread it 1 or 2 times again to get the answers hence asting more time. try to practice sectionals more and also analyse your strength and weaknesses after giving the sectionals
