when i do rc , it feels like i just read it and didnt understand it , maybe my mind is not stable , how to handle this , how to read and get the pov of the writer

First read the questions then start reading RC don't try to understand everything sentence just build an structure of the RC in your mind...then go to questions and apply option elimination techniques.. also you can watch Sabana Mam's 100 RC series in IQuanta Youtube Channel
